We want you to love your BYLGO gear. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with any original packaging and tags where possible
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Return Costs
Returns are charged at £3.99, which covers the cost of the return shipping label.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or we've sent you the wrong product, your return will be completely free, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that the £3.99 return label fee is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
