About Bylgo

It all started with a bucket, a sponge, and a car valeting business.

Before BYLGO became a hat brand, it began with Bill and Hugo spending their days cleaning cars and building something of their own. As part of that journey, we wanted a hat we could wear while working — something practical, comfortable, and a little different.

It wasn’t long before our customers started asking where they could get one.

What started as a hat made for ourselves quickly became something people wanted. One customer turned into another, then friends started asking — and before we knew it, the idea behind BYLGO had started to grow.

The name itself comes from the two people behind the brand — BYL from Bill and GO from Hugo — bringing together our names and the story where it all began.

Today, BYLGO creates hats inspired by the places we’ve been, the memories we’ve made, and the moments that stick with us. Every design has its own story, whether it’s linked to our hometown, a favourite place, or an adventure along the way.

What started with a bucket and sponge has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’re excited to see where the journey takes us.
